Thanksgiving is just around the corner and one of the things I like about this holiday is that we get to eat some delicious food that we usually don’t eat any other time (Does anyone ever have stuffing and cranberry sauce any other time but Thanksgiving??). But, what I like even more than the yummy food, is it reminds us to reflect on what we’re thankful for. One of the many things to be thankful for are our children. Sure, they drive us crazy sometimes, but at the end of the day, they are such a blessing!
Thanksgiving is a great time to spend time with the kids and get creative with some fun ideas. We gathered some ideas together and wanted to share them with you. We hope you enjoy!
Design Idea #1 – Picture Napkin Rings
This is a fun and easy craft to do and it personalizes your Thanksgiving dinner. Cut out pictures of all your guests and use construction paper to create men and women pilgrim “outfits”. Then wrap them around your napkins and place them on each dinner setting to serve as a napkin ring and place card.
Design Idea #2 – Table and Linen Rentals
Having a large gathering but don’t know how you are going to fit everyone at one table? You can rent the Kings Table (4’x8′) or put (2) 8’ Banquet tables together. This table design below is made up of (2) 8’ tables put together and covered with Lamour Gold linens. A Gabrielle Byzantine runner is placed in the middle to hide the seam and cinched at the ends with Gabrielle Eggplant Napkins. Gold Infinity dinner plates and Copper Chiavari Chairs with gold Vanguard Stripe chair cushions enhance this fall theme. Gabrielle Eggplant Napkins add a unique accent color to this table.

Design Idea #3 – Glassware Table Centerpieces
Spell out your Thanksgiving dinner with this creative centerpiece from Parent’s Magazine. Our 18oz. Cubist Hi Ball or Traditional 10oz. High Ball works well for this! For the full instructions, please click here.
We hope you and your family will enjoy these fun activites as you prepare for this wonderful holiday. The Stuart Team is always thankful for your continued support and we hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving!
