Whether you are planning a corporate event, wedding celebration, fund-raiser, birthday party, or a gathering of your family and friends, Stuart Rentals has the products, resources, and event expertise that will make your event a huge success. Experience

Our Senior Event Specialists will begin by understanding your overall goal and vision for your event. We listen intently to understand your event details and logistics. We then work together with you to determine event logistics such as guest flow, table layout, installation and removal timelines, etc.

Each Event Specialist has many contacts and resources that they work with in the event industry as well. We are able to give recommendations for other vendors such as caterers, photographers, florists, etc. in the Bay Area.

Style

In addition to event logistics, the Stuart Rental Team will also help with the overall look and feel of your event. Each customer is welcome to make an appointment to come to any of our 3 showrooms located throughout the Bay Area.

Our Event Specialists will sit down with you and help you pick-out your tables, linens, china, flatware, and glassware.

We will set-up a sample table with the party rentals that you have picked out to give you an idea of what your table setting will look like on the day of your event.

You can try an array of different styles and patterns and we will help you in selecting just the right items for your event.

Contest Terms & Conditions

Changes to Terms: Stuart Event Rentals reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, for any reason.

Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Only one entry per person, household, or company is allowed. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Stuart Event Rentals are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must fill out the short entry form provided on the contest landing page. No purchase is necessary.

Contest Period: Entries will be accepted starting from [Start Date] and ending on [End Date].

Prize: The winner will receive a $500 gift certificate, which may be used toward any party rental products offered by Stuart Event Rentals, excluding labor-related costs (e.g., delivery, setup, takedown, pickup).

Use of Gift Certificate: The gift certificate can only be applied to events taking place within the 2025 calendar year. It is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The selection process will be documented for transparency. Stuart Event Rentals reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant.

Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by [Date/Method] and must respond within [X] days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

Liability Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Stuart Event Rentals from any liability or claims related to their participation in the contest or the use of the prize.

Disqualification: Stuart Event Rentals reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or attempts to manipulate the contest.
