Not only does the New Year bring celebration, but it brings a fresh start! 2013 is a chance to become a new you and change some habits. Give up those bad habits and start good ones that makes you a better you! It could be something big. For instance, quit smoking, start exercising and creating a diet plan, get out of debt, etc. It can also be small things here and there such as being kind to people, give more complements, spend more time with family and friends, wake up earlier, etc. It doesn’t matter the size of the change, as long as you start somewhere.
Lastly, time goes by real fast and we tend to forget the good things and remember the bad. 2012 is coming to an end and 2013 will bring not only good times, but better memories. For every good good thing that happens to you this coming year, write it down and put it in a jar. Then at the end of the year, you can look back and remember how great your year has become.
