What is a Pop-Up Tent?

Pop-up tents, also known as instant canopies or EZ-Up tents, are designed for quick and easy setup. They feature a collapsible frame that expands and locks into place, usually without the need for additional tools. The canopy top is typically made from durable, water-resistant fabric, providing a practical and functional shelter.

Pop-up tents are a common sight at outdoor events, from local farmers’ markets to beach parties. Their simple and functional design makes them a favorite for creating quick and effective shaded areas. Whether providing a cool spot for a summer picnic or sheltering spectators at a sports event, pop-up tents offer a practical solution for sun protection without breaking the bank.

Pop-Up tents are suitable for a wide range of events and functions, including:

  • Casual Gatherings: Perfect for picnics, family reunions, and casual outdoor parties, providing shaded areas for guests.
  • Sporting Events: Ideal for sports teams, spectators, and athletes, offering a place to rest and stay cool.

Capacity & Sizes

  • Large Tents: Up to 20×20 feet, perfect for even larger gatherings and providing ample shaded space.

Contest Terms & Conditions

Changes to Terms: Stuart Event Rentals reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, for any reason.

Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Only one entry per person, household, or company is allowed. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Stuart Event Rentals are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must fill out the short entry form provided on the contest landing page. No purchase is necessary.

Contest Period: Entries will be accepted starting from [Start Date] and ending on [End Date].

Prize: The winner will receive a $500 gift certificate, which may be used toward any party rental products offered by Stuart Event Rentals, excluding labor-related costs (e.g., delivery, setup, takedown, pickup).

Use of Gift Certificate: The gift certificate can only be applied to events taking place within the 2025 calendar year. It is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The selection process will be documented for transparency. Stuart Event Rentals reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant.

Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by [Date/Method] and must respond within [X] days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

Liability Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Stuart Event Rentals from any liability or claims related to their participation in the contest or the use of the prize.

Disqualification: Stuart Event Rentals reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or attempts to manipulate the contest.
