Many of us are used to going to an event that looks fabulous with beautiful linens, chairs, place settings, and flowers. But, when it’s time to get our food at the buffet line, it seems like the magic stops there. There are simple rectangular tables, with simple white linens, lined with chafers and bowls. Why not make your buffets stand out like the rest of your event?
Meni Peretz, owner of Yes Catering, not only creates beautiful edible art, but his presentations are also beautiful. One of the things he loves to do is create height on his buffet tables by using crates underneath with linens draped above.
Our creative IT guy, decided to take Meni’s idea and expand on it by creating this stunning red and orange buffet display. Yes, believe it or not, this was designed by our IT guy!
For the center, he took our 48” round table, kept the legs folded, and placed it on top of 2 crates. Other flatter crates were used to create height on the side tables.
Our Crushed Iridescent Sunset Radiance and Lamour Scarlet linens were used to alternate color and texture. The Crushed Iridescent Sunset Radiance linens were gathered and tied with a napkin of the same fabric.
The results are stunning!
