Changes to Terms: Stuart Event Rentals reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, for any reason.
Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Only one entry per person, household, or company is allowed. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Stuart Event Rentals are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must fill out the short entry form provided on the contest landing page. No purchase is necessary.
Contest Period: Entries will be accepted starting from [Start Date] and ending on [End Date].
Prize: The winner will receive a $500 gift certificate, which may be used toward any party rental products offered by Stuart Event Rentals, excluding labor-related costs (e.g., delivery, setup, takedown, pickup).
Use of Gift Certificate: The gift certificate can only be applied to events taking place within the 2025 calendar year. It is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The selection process will be documented for transparency. Stuart Event Rentals reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant.
Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by [Date/Method] and must respond within [X] days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
