Whether you’re celebrating the success of a middle school, high school, or college graduate, each deserves to be honored for their accomplishments. Since most graduations occur during the late Spring or early Summer months, the ideas we are sharing with you today pertain to outdoor events- not that this means you can’t apply them to an indoor venue!
An easy way to accommodate however many guests will be attending is with table rentals and chairs, so you can return them when the party is over and not worry about finding storage space.
For a casual experience that encourages guests to mingle, consider laying out a buffet and/or beverage table at the center or to a side of the venue.
Rectangular tables or harvest tables can be pushed together for a larger serving area.
If the party has a theme, such as the colors of the graduate’s school, table linen rentals are an excellent focal point in which to present the color scheme.
Balloons, streamers, and flowers are additional areas to continue displaying the colors.
If you’re looking to elevate your graduation party a little more, we have a few simple ideas to assist you in your planning:
- Chargers- adding a charger beneath your plates adds an instant touch of elegance to your table settings.
In addition, a small plant or gift serves as a nice memento for each guest.
- Centerpieces- flowers, candles, or photos of the graduate through the years are great ways to get creative as well as add a personal touch.
- A little indulgence- treat your graduate and guests to something special!
Graduation is a time to celebrate memories and milestones while anticipating the many adventures to come. A big congratulations to all of this year’s graduates!
