    Now Offering Sign & Rent for Your Convenience

    At Stuart Event Rentals, we know that time equals money… and we want to save you both! Throughout this month, we’re rolling out our new Sign & Rent capability — the easiest, fastest and most secure way to confirm your rental reservation and pay online! All you need is an internet connection on your web-enabled device (tablet, smartphone or PC) to use it.

    The rest is easy as 1, 2, 3…

    1. We’ll send you your Rental Document via email

    Once we’ve created your quote, we’ll send it to you via email. Simply click on the link to open the Rental Document and carefully review all the information on your quote.

    2. Review your Rental Document

    When reviewing your Rental Document, be sure to make sure ALL the information is correct before signing anything. Pay close attention to:

    • Rental item descriptions and associated quantities
    • Contact information
    • Delivery address (if applicable)
    • Delivery and Pick-up (or Will-Call) dates (and times, if applicable)
    • Purchase Order (PO) number (if applicable)
    • Total cost

    If anything needs to be updated, simply inform your Event Specialist and they’ll get an updated copy of the document to you as soon as possible.

    When everything looks the way it should, you’ll move on to step 3:

     

    3. Electronically sign your Rental Document and provide payment information

    You are required to initial and sign in multiple places on the document to ensure you have read and agree to the information and terms. For example:

    To enter your initials or signature, click where prompted and write them in the resulting yellow box using your finger or stylus (on a touchscreen-enabled device) or your mouse and press “DONE”. Repeat as many times as is required on your document.

    For the payment section, enter the information of the credit card you wish to use and the payment will be processed securely and quickly.

    It couldn’t be more quick or simple — whether you’re in the office or on the go.

    Your signed documents will be received by Stuart and a confirmation copy will be emailed to you for your records almost immediately.

    *NOTE: All quoted rental items are subject to availability. At the time we receive your payment, should any part of the requested items not be available, we will contact you right away.

    We’re excited to offer this time-saving service, and hope it will give you peace of mind knowing your information is safe and secure. As always, we’re ready to assist you with all your rental needs and answer any questions you may have.
