Tent rentals can be a wonderful option to create a custom environment for your event. Lining a ceiling with fabric is the perfect tool to transform your tented event. Various colors and fabrics can be used to create a custom look. All exposed tent poles and hardware can be covered to make your guests feel as if they just stepped into an elite venue. These two 30 x 40 tents started out as bare structures. With the combined efforts of our event specialists and production team, we were able to create two magical environments.
Event #1
The perfect dinner party setting was created at this Los Altos home. You will notice that this particular tent did not have a full ceiling liner. All of the tent poles in the ceiling were covered with white velon to blend in with the ceiling. The ceiling and legs were draped with a beautiful dark orange chiffon fabric. The draping added a pop of color to the ceiling and created a light, airy look for guests. String lights perfectly accented the ceiling swags while providing just the right amount of lighting. Our Hickory Crossback Chairs and Farm Table rentals were the perfect pairing for this setting. The Cedar Hill Rust table runners added a touch of dark orange to the table tying everything together.
Event #2
We love the touch of glamour the black crystal chandeliers added to this cocktail party in Los Gatos. They were so many amazing aspects of to this tented event. A fully covered ceiling using a white prefab liner and black voile swagging created a dramatic effect. Notice the amber lights that shone along the swags for added detail. A cocktail party is not complete without cocktail tables and a dance floor rental. The tables scattered around the dance floor created an intimate social setting that everyone enjoyed.
