We recently had the pleasure of providing the rentals for an event that a very talented client we often work with put together, and the results were so beautiful we decided to share them with everyone.
The affair was a private dinner taking place in Atherton, and was held in honor of an esteemed guest visiting from Estonia. As such, much of the décor was chosen based on the colors of the Estonian flag; royal blue, black, and white.
First, a 30×40 white tent rental was erected at the venue. The ceiling of the tent was lined with a full pleat, custom treatment, in a Pucci Royal Blue voile fabric. The walls were Premier White pipe and drape.
The event lighting consisted of blue LED lights shining up onto the pipe and drape, while five chandeliers of various styles and sizes hung from the ceiling.
Beneath the canopy, three Kings Tables were set up for the guests to dine around, with two additional banquet tables utilized as side bar tables. Guests were seated on cushioned, black Chiavari chairs and the tables were draped with Midnight Blue Pintuck linens. Each seat was set with Imperial Platinum china, Monticello silverware, and Riedel Crystal glassware.
Beyond the dining area, Metro White lounge furniture and matching white end tables were set up for guests to recline on.
Out on the patio were several Cocktail tables draped in Stravinsky White round linens.
As a lovely finishing touch, floral arrangements were placed along the tables, featuring the Bachelor Button, the flower of Estonia.
