Chairs are an important part of the table design. What kind of chair will your guests sit on? The chairs you choose should fit in with the look and feel of your event. Our team, here at the Stuart Rental Company, used different chair sashes in creative configurations to make a statement with our chair rentals to give them a little more kick!

One way to use our chair sashes is to have them drape down the chair. This will give a great dramatic effect to the table design. You can choose any color, but the best is to highlight the subtle colors you have on your table.  First, in Chair Design 1, we incorporated our Sparkle Organza French Lavender Sash on our Antique Metal Garden Chair to highlight the Victorian Lilac napkins on the table. The next picture, Chair Design 2, we highlighted the Taffeta Regal Eggplant napkins on the table with the same fabric chair sash on our Mahogany Chiavari Chair. This is a great way to give depth to your table design.

Chair Design 1: Antique Metal Garden Chair, Organza French Lavender Sash
Chair Design 2: Mahogany Chiavari Chair, Taffeta Regal Eggplant

Here is another simple and popular way to change the look of the chairs. Instead of having the sashes drape down, how about tying a nice bow onto the chair. Not only will this give a great look to your chairs, but it is very simple to do.  In both these designs, sparkle organza sashes were used on Chiavari chairs, but yielded 2 different, yet beautiful results.  First, we used Sparkle Organza French Lavender sashes on Silver Chiavari Chairs to compliment the purple napkins on the place settings.  In Chair Design 2, designed by Vintage Catering, the gold color in the La Scala Russet linen is accentuated by using the Sparkle Organza Gold Chiavari Chair Covers and Sash with our Gold Chiavari Chairs. The combination of the same fabric for the chair covers and sashes give this table design a soft and elegant look.

Both chair bows also are tied differently, creating 2 looks.  Chair Design 1 has longer loops so the bow flows down with the rest of the sash.  Shorter loops are created in Chair Design 2, allowing the loops to lay horizontally.  Both bows look great.

One more example of using chair sashes creatively is seen below with this table design by Blue Salud. They applied 2 different color sashes and tied it across the chair and topped it off with a beautiful rose created by the sashes. Using the Lamour Scarlet and Sparkle Organza White sash, Blue Salud formed a lovely design to boost the look of this table.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING COVID-19

The Stuart Rental Company’s highest priority is the health and safety of our team members, clients, and their families. Therefore, we are taking this opportunity to set forth how we are managing our business operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We will continue to update our policies as we learn more from the medical and scientific community, including new information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We encourage everyone to frequently refer to the CDC website for the latest on how best to contain and mitigate the impact of the virus.

OUR SHOWROOM IS OPEN

LIMITED HOURS: 10:00AM to 2:00PM, MON-FRI

CLEANING AND SANITATION

We have enhanced the process and increased the frequency of our equipment cleaning, spending extra attention to regularly contacted surfaces.

  • – We are using the same chemicals on our equipment as hospitals use to disinfect their surfaces.
  • – In addition, we continue to launder all linens and disinfect dishware, silverware, and glassware with high-temp commercial dishwashers, industrial sanitizers and chemicals.
  • – These processes are done in compliance with the latest California state and federal CDC guidance to ensure our products are COVID-19-free following their cleaning.
  • – We are cleaning our showroom, offices, warehouse and common areas with greater frequency using hospital-grade disinfectants, paying special attention to frequently touched surfaces.
  • – We have curtailed all non-essential employee travel to minimize the risk of spreading the virus to our staff and among the general population and we have instructed employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare provider.

 

DELIVERY AND PICKUP PROTOCOL: 10:00AM to 2:00PM, MON-FRI

We are keeping our teams current on all recommendations and updates from the CDC as well as instituting new safety precautions for the pickup and delivery of any product.

  • – We have equipped our delivery and pickup teams with masks, nitrile gloves, hand sanitizer, and EPA-approved cleaners/disinfectants specifically recommended by the CDC in its Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection Recommendations.
  • – During pickups and deliveries, we wipe all products with all-purpose cleaning solution and a disinfecting cleanser.
  • – Nitrile gloves are carefully disposed of after every pickup.
  • – We have instructed our staff to follow CDC-recommended social distancing guidelines, including avoiding shaking hands and using proper hygiene etiquette including hand washing.

We are committed to doing what is necessary to curtail the impact of COVID 19 and will therefore update these policies as the CDC and local and state health officials issue more guidance.
